2018 Commonwealth of Virginia Information Security Conference

The 2018 Commonwealth of Virginia Information Security Conference is open for registration.  The theme of the 2018 conference is “Expanding Security Knowledge.”  In addition to expert presentations, the conference program will feature two keynote addresses.  Day one will kick-off with Dr. Deanna D. Caputo, Principal Behavioral Psychologist, Human Behavior and Cybersecurity Capability Steward, The MITRE Corporation. Adam S. Lee, Special Agent in Charge, FBI, Richmond Field Office will lead day two activities.

There will be a special track where VITA information security staff will present on specific topics of commonwealth security. VITA security staff will be on hand to act as information security resources for ISOs throughout the conference.

Conference participants will have the opportunity to:

•Learn about security products and services -- Security product and service providers will participate in corporate displays.
